My money would be on China. They have a more sophisticated and longer history of intelligence/espionage tactics/operational activities as well as a larger, more disciplined military. And in the last decade they've been really increasing their naval capabilities.

I think India has tha much better strategic advantage. Probably a stalemate in a full blown war or turn into a small border skirmish w/ the win going to China.
Fighting would occur in some of the worst terrain on the planet and passes through it would almost certainly be blocked. You're talking about a light infantry fight with limited supporting arms. |
