4. Immigration- Come here legally through proper channels.
5. Climate- Conservationism
6. Healthcare/education- open to everyone but gotta pay for it yourself
7.Voting rights- If I have to show my id when I go to by alcohol/firearm/tobacco. I have no problem showing my id to vote. coming up with a system that allows it to be "tracked" will be tricky though for fraud purposes.
8. Death penalty- Eye for an eye.
9. Welfare/medicaid- Get the help when you need it, but not a lifetime crutch. Max 1 year on it. Then lets say once off, a probation period of 6 months- 1 year before you can go back on. Baring serious physical/health issues.
