Thank God someone has saved us from buying Jack o lantern candies falsely portrayed as having little faces |

I've been told my view about lawyers is wrong. These kinds of stories aren't making it easier.

The fact that a lawywr would even consider taking this case instead of laughing in the woman's face shows how far we have fallen as a country.

Smack that lady.
No really, she deserves to be smacked. Smack her. I know that wasn’t a correct haiku, but it’s how I feel. |

This will be his biggest case since he sued the writers of "The never ending story" for false advertising...

Okay, they really did just phone it in on making a number of products look anything like what they're supposed to represent.
However. Just for the Jack O' Lantern candy, a Hershey's spokesthing should've said, "Bitch, it's a Jack O' Lantern. You're supposed to carve the face in it yourself." |

Fuck Hershey, pay the woman.
Sell the product you say you are going to sell in the wrapper. How hard is that? |

It doesn't claim to be a Jack O' Lantern, but a pumpkin. You need to do the conversion yourself. |

This story has angered me soooo much, that I must file a $10 million dollar lawsuit against her.

Pumpkins. Jack O'Lanterns.
They all come out the same I'm the end. |

I’m suing arfcom for 15 million for the three minute of my time wasting reading this stupid post. I was mislead by the title of it.

They are specifically marketed as "pumpkins" rather than "jack o'lanters." The artwork is merely a representation of what she could achieve from the base product that Reeses is providing. Dumbass. |

One of the first requirements of a lawsuit is there has to be "harm"
In this case I don't see how harm wouldn't be limited to the price of the candy. |
|
She's another piece of shit human trying to extort a corporation for money over complete BS. I hope Hershey's countersues for wasting their time and "they" are awarded $5M.

It’s outrageous! It’s egregious! No mouth? No eyes? If there’s no face, we have a case!

Yeah, $5+ million really makes a lot of sense. How about refund the dumb bitches cost of the pumpkin? What's that...like $0.75?

By the same token, shouldn’t she be suing them because it doesn’t come with a bite already taken out of it? That’s certainly what’s shown on the package.
|
|
|
She's right. What they show on the package is not what is inside. I would think a major corporation would know better than that. $5 million in damages might not be the right direction to go, but it is pretty stupid on their part not to think that some people might want what they see in the packaging. Let them fight.
