Yeah I'd give it a go.
For a primary long arm I really have no idea. Something like that stupid side by side double barrel bullpup might finally have a use? Something that could take out the smallish size dinosaurs and hopefully a raptor or a pterodactyl (dunno about movie 3 size but probably movie 4 size) Maybe you'd just be better off with a benelli and a competetion tube and loading setup 40mm launcher would probably be your only hope to scare off something sizeable G20 for backup/mercy suicide Eta: outfitting 3 dudes - Dude 1: PKM Dude 2: dumb shotgun referenced above Dude 3: Milkor MGL, and a slung 18" PD style semi shotgun |

Hmm, since there was no restriction on equipment... hell yeah.
Of course, I'm drawing my equipment from 40k. Mk. 6 Power Armor "Corvus" "Beaky" Raptor Pack Lightning Claws Vortex Grenades Phosphex Bombs Melta Bombs Rad Grenades Basically a 30k "Destroyer Squad" Loadout (except for the Vortex Grenade that was rare and insanely dangerous even then). 
Forget Walking, I'm going Hunting. ETA: After I walked the island I'd just declare myself King of Nova Terra and dare anyone to stop me... it wouldn't go well for them, considering how power armor laughs at small arms, and lightning claws can shred heavy tanks... |

Modded X01 power armor and a few fusion cores. Primary 2mm Gauss rifle with recon optic...secondary would be that legendary auto-rifle.
Real life? AR-pattern .338 Lapua with the nastiest loading I could find for it and the quietest suppressor available. Some white-phosphorous or other incendiary grenades. Also some sort of semi-auto 12 gauge with hard-cast, heat treated slugs. .454 Casull as a last ditch method to cancel velociraptor dinner plans. Maybe a nice spear or braveheart sword, too? I'd be tempted to have a flamethrower somewhere on the team for short bursts of "don't eat me." |

Flamethrower answers are best. That and anything really loud too, rucksack full of frag and WP grenades. I'm not trying to fend off attacks, I'd rather avoid them, and fire and explosions would work wonders for that.

I'd take my FN SCAR 17 with it's Stryker Ent. lower receiver that accepts MagPul 25rd magazines and AAC M240 suppressor, as long as one of the two companions carries a grenade launcher with HE rounds.
Wait, I can have any weapons, even if I don't already own them? Then a full auto SCAR 17 with the shorter barrel, sound suppressor, grenade launcher, Elcan DR Specter 1.5-6X scope, a Steiner DBAL D2, and an AN PVS4 (yes, they're rated for .308 caliber weapons) (in the backpack). And a 10mm 1911 pistol with suppressor. |

If I'm walking across Jurrassic Park Island, the goal is to make it to the other side alive, bot necessarilly kill a bunch of dinosaurs.
Nothing a single person can carry is really going to save me from most of the predators I would encounter. So being able to avoid fights with freaking dinosaurs is a better strategy than trying to win fights with freaking dinosaurs. I'll take an AR chambered in a big caliber (something like 458 SOCOM or .50 Beowulf) with an M203 on it and some 40mm HEDP, and a mag fed semi auto pistol in 10mm. Maybe have one guy carry a rocket launcher in case our strategy of avoiding predators fails and we encounter a T-Rex we can't escape from. |

Need big guns that go boom and the idea of a flame thrower is nice... but, fuel bottles ain't easy to carry.
WWII "zippo" didn't really run for all that long. 40mm grenade launcher might be a better choice. Just where on each critter do you aim for the pump station? Cuz head shots are gonna be pointless on a T-Rex. There is no way i am going to waste space or weight on ANY pistol for a trip light that. Unless I need to put myself out of my own missery. |

I'll do it for 60 mil. I would carry select fire SAIGA12 with m203 or russian gp grenade launcher on it, AKSU also with nade launcher, glock 20, frags. companion 1 would carry PKM, frags, g20. Companion 2 would be carrying some big bore big game rifle meant for elephants, hippos and rhinos, and a RPG7. We'd have a Predator drone overhead too.

NODs and FLIR definitely would be a must have for dino hunting fun. I'll jump on the .458 SOCOM in an AR pattern rifle for primary. No idea if it would actual do much to take down larger ones, but beyond that you'd probably need to be mounted to bring enough firepower.

On foot with what's currently available? Fuck that shit. The Raptors in JP are just too fucking lethal. The big boy carnivores aren't of much concern, I highly doubt they'd put in the energy to stalk a human
No fucking choice? One dude with a 20mm w/ HE rounds preferably, 50 BMG at the very least (might as well go for the M82A2 bullpup JP3 style then ).
Another gets something belt fed that can handle sustained fire without changing barrels....IIRC the PKP is like that I'll take one of those neato FA AA-12 shotguns that fell off the face of the earth with those neato FRAG-12 rounds from back-in-the-day Future Weapons chugchugchugchug....BOOMBOOMBOOOMBOOM (yeah I know they suck)
