regret not getting the full kit back in the 80s.

I think they would have sold better as a kit with just the 380 and 22lr parts. It was too expensive to buy parts separately, and few US shooters cared for the other calibers in the full kit (32 and 25 IIRC).

Gyrojet with a faster burning rocket propellant, and better bullet designs.  Because it is a rocket pistol!

Colt Monitor, as others mentioned.  F/A of course.  Would probably suck, but they sure look awesome.

Maxim Gun.  For neighborhood protection details.  Shoot for as long as you can supply the ammo.  Maybe in the larger 37mm caliber version...

Mini UZI.  Not enough of them to go around which is why prices are too high.  Nobody makes them currently.

The 45/70 version of the Cobray/Street Sweeper,  i.e., the "lady's home companion" always seemed interesting.

I have to be honest.

If they made a modern tough version with 8 rounds of .357 and the center 45Colt/.410-

I would buy a pair of them.

I would also buy a pair of C96 Broomhandles if they took Glock, Beretta, or something common magazines.

Ok, ok. I guess you can pick two. I figure that's fairly reasonable for this fantasy scenario.

The Robinson M96 would be really super cool. I remember drooling over the ads for those in Shotgun News when I was a kid.

And you would regret it. Mine was the biggest pile of crap I ever bought. Had to send it back to them 3 times for to different issues and they were never really fixed. Sold it for a big loss to someone that had to have it and didn't care about all the problems I had with it.

Mini UZIs are kinda scary actually, they're not fun. Killed someone at a rental range a while back.

Well that's disappointing, but also a relief. I passed on a chance to buy one from a neighbor in November of 2019, and have been kicking myself every now and again for passing on it.

What issues were you having? If you don't mind me asking?

Colt Monitors and R75s had them.

As well as a lot of the foreign licensed copies, like the Polish Wz 1928... In 7.92x57.

So it wouldn't surprise me if that was an optional part.
