I've been using Kline for quite a few years now. They wear or break to quickly. Residential hvac work.
They're fairly cheap so not a huge deal. But I'm looking at maybe changing it up. Options on looking at currently Staying with kline Wera Wiha What's your pick |

Williams.
I go through a lot of #2 Phillips bits so I get those from the Snap-On guy. |
I have a full set of craftsman, milwaukee, and dewalt. It all depends what I need it for. If want to beat the shit out of somethin, I use the milwaukee. If I need to pry on somethin, I use the craftsman. If I need to turn a screw, I use the dewalt.

USA Williams and Snap On even though they are both the same except for handles.
I also like the Wiha precision screw drivers. |

I just ordered a couple vessel megadora phillips yesterday to give a try.

I’m not a blue collar guy, so Channellock or older Craftsman, made in USA at a decent price
I use Craftsman older series, clear handle, made in USA and Klein. Also have a few Snap On scattered about

Quoted: Witte. 3 sided handles, no ribs, with the black fuzz. These specifically. They have a lot of handles, these are the best. https://d2j6dbq0eux0bg.cloudfront.net/images/40915468/2360240352.jpg View Quote I have that matco branded set too. They are very good. |

Wera and Vessel for me.
Vessel (made in Japan) are the best I've used so far. JIS and love that ball grip design. Their ratcheting drivers are great. |
Electrician here.
I use Wiha precision when working in panels. Klein for everything else. The Klein 14 in 1 and 11 in 1 multi bits are great. They come in handy when I encounter the odd torx or if I need a common nut size. The bits are of ok quality. |

For hand tools there’s not a giant difference, so I just stick with what I’m used to. I probably have 50 or 60 Snap-On screwdrivers. I made a living with my tools for about 30 years, so cost wasn’t as much of an issue. |

Williams for outdoor rough stuff, Wiha or Wera for gun/finer stuff.
Do I have any real basis for this? No, the Williams are out in the garage. Funny enough, I watch a lot of YT shit, and Navy ships, electronic dudes, Antarctic bases, gunsmiths, all seem to have Wiha or Wera. *I had the 6-8pk of Williams, some wouldn't fit nicely in some screws, so I bought the other brands, and... |
I like the old school hard square handled Snap-On screwdrivers made by Williams.
I only use vessel anymore. Previously enjoyed Wera. Wiha is getting shitty. Klein is always a solid classic.
I've been using lots of craftsman (made in Taiwan) and Icon lately.
Wera by a country mile.
People that say Wiha haven't tried Wera. I have a ton of both and it's not even close. I actually would pick PB Swiss as my second favorite. I have been really liking theirs that I've been buying (which is whenever Wera doesn't offer something). |

My truck brand screw drivers held up well. My early 80's Craftsman held up well. I was a field/garage tech most of the time from 80 to 98. Even as a salesman, I had to use my tools maintaining displays as most of the other salesmen couldn't pour piss out of a boot.

lol, I'm a mechanic, and I can't remember the last time I used a screwdriver...
What they really need to do is bring back the Alexander pocket flathead with a magnet on the end...all the tool trucks can get now is the chicom junk where the magnet breaks off after a couple weeks. (My screwdrivers are Snap-off in the rare case I use one) Attached File |

SNAPON because the more expensive a driver is the better I am at screwing it up.
Vessel, they're Japanese imperial standard, a little different than Philips. they don't slip as easily they're even have impact versions.
I have a Matco set that I bought in 1988. Maroon handles. They've been great.
I like my SK set. I always find myself using my Mid 2000's Craftsman Ratcheting Screwdriver however.
Snap On is #1
I have two shitty pitsburg flat heads, small and a little bigger size, they are actually surprisingly grippy |
