Grape nuts and sugar. Sweet, lots of fiber. I used to eat about 2 cups per day.

I like almost all cereal, if it's not sweet I put a shitload of sugar on it. I love cap n crunch with berries, probably my favorite, except it always jacks up the roof of my mouth and then leaves it feeling slimy.

I didn't do cereal for a long time, then started eating it again, but I've been trying to cut back on sugar - although I think that almost all cereal has at least a little.  For the time being, I've settled on Wheat Chex, Corn Flakes, and Grape Nut Flakes.
