I eat a bowl of Post Raisin Bran everyday for lunch. It has to be Post and no other raisin bran will do.

However, no cereal awakens feelings of nostalgia like Captain Crunch. |

The regular Fiber One. I've been eating it since I was in my early 20's. I can't stand sugary cereals.

The two greatest breakfast cereals were Ralston hot cereal and the original Honey Nut Clusters cereal when the clusters were actually made of nuts. The problem was I couldn't resist digging through the box to eat all the decently sized clusters, so later I was stuck with mostly flakes. The flakes were decent too though. It was such a travesty when they went to almond flavored oat clusters. Cheap fucks!

Quisp, but don't have it often. I usually have eggs for breakfast. I like old fasiond oats too.

Raisin Bran Crunch or Rice Krispies, I rarely eat them for breakfast though, if I eat breakfast I want something hot.

Crunchy Raisin Bran and its knockoffs. But it fills the snack role rather than the breakfast role.
