It’s 32,000 years. It takes 32,000 years to burn 1 trillion seconds.

Biden wants to spend TRILLIONS of dollars on shit that we can’t afford. If each of those dollars was a second, it would take 100,000 years to pass.

Amazing how you can’t really fathom these numbers till you change the context.

Don't worry soon it'll take more than a billion dollars to buy a roll of TP.
Then we can pay off the dept.

the numbers are so large it's almost incomprehensible.
We all know our politicians are stupid as hell.. unfortunately intelligence isn't a requirement to be a politician.. only the desire to be a grade A scumbag.

They don't comprehend what they're doing (well some do) but it's just numbers on a screen to them.. they don't give a fuck because they've got their millions, their mansions and retirement plans.

we're the ones that get fucked. And they wonder why there are armed revolutions so often around the globe. eventually people get tired of their shit and go Bolshevik style on the elites.. either way it's a shit sandwich.

When describing the universe and galaxies, Carl Sagan didn't even reference a Trillion.

It was always billions and billions...with a hard B.

Once you understand that they're Marxists who are purposely trying to destroy our Constitution and Capitalist system, along with nuclear family values, everything that's happening begins to make more sense.

Just because I understand what and why they're doing it, doesn't mean I'm not angry about it.

I stopped saying "trillion dollars" a while ago.

It has far more visceral impact for people to read or hear "a million million" or "a thousand billion".

It hammers the point home more effectively by far.

Agree. However, he understood that reducing deficit spending would cut dramatically in to the GDP and put us in a 1930’s like depression.  You can’t fix this.

Considering that it's all fiat currency, it's no problem at all....hell, it'll pay for itself. Printer go brrrrrrrr.

And besides. None of us will live long enough to have to pay for it anyway. This is our great grand children's problem....and humans will probably be extinct by then anyway thanks to climate change and covid.

Much ado about nothing. Bring on $1M per year UBI for everyone

Electronically.

The Fed was creating enough money out of thin air by declaring it into existence, and then buying up the market with it last year such that they were spending enough to replace the entire United States Navy's ship inventory including all carriers every 10 days. And that went on for like two months. Now they turn around and say we owe them in perpetuity for keeping all the hedge funds solvent.

END THE FUCKING FED.

The fallacy of" paid for " is just that.   We are broke but currently delusional,   trillion $ plus spending  bill ?,    we can't even stop trillion $ yearly deficits.   That's a hell of a big CC balance, it won't be paid back,  accept that.   The worst thing is WTF is responsible ?    Our elected officials but Noone in patticular stands out.  Cloward and Piven all the way to when the crash comes  ,   what a clown show ,  they ruined our country while we watched in real time.
