I have researched this, and can't find a definitive answer. Also, that was 30 years ago. Nuclear weapons require constant maintenance. I don't believe Ukraine has the needed infrastructure to maintain nuclear weapons. We have nuclear weapons in the dakotas. If DC went away tomorrow, would the governments of those states have the means to use their nukes? |
