How much for a Celtic Cross 80%, rollmarked: Pogue Mahone Boomstick Co., Boston, MA?

We'd sell a shit-ton of them, I'd bet.

lol.

CMOS. If you can find one now a days. There is probably someone else now.  There was a guy on the EE here that was doing 80% lowers in the CMOS style.

I have a 50w fiber laser.    I've done text with it, but I'm trying to learn how to do images.
Mine is from OMG Laser.  Chris there was great to work with.  100% complete, all set up, and ready to start engraving right out of the box.
Came with 2 lenses and a rotary drive, too.
OMG Laser

If I was to do it again, I'd probably pay extra for more than 50w.    50w is fine for what I got it for (mostly just text), but for lots of deep engraving, the 50w works fine, but more power, if not too much more expensive, just gets it done faster.

Thats mine.

I haven't picked it up from the post office yet, but @ORjeepguy did a great job and really went out of his way to make it perfect.

This one is going to be for my daughter - still have to figure out what kind of build I'm going to do for her.

Banner under Kildare says "Spirit and Courage"
Selector stops are "Craic" (friendly talk), ""Hooley" (wild party), and "Feckit" (well...fuck it)

I've bought a couple. If very intricate, I have a guy that will turn them into .ai files.
I'm getting better at converting and editing though.

You should be really careful about doing things like this.   KAC (and every other company) have no choice but to enforce their trademarks, and once they see you putting their trademarks on 80% lowers, it's a matter of time until you get served.

Stick to the unique and the funnies.

I still want to build a straight pull bolt action like Bradders used to build.  I'd never be able to get his lower over here and now that he's passed, this would be the only way.

My laser came with a 150 lens and a 70.   As I understand it, the size of the lens dictates the size of what I can engrave.   I've only ever used the 150.   I can understand someone getting a 200 if they want to do something bigger than 150, but why would I ever want to use my 70?  Is there something it can do better than the 150?   Other than size, is there something that a 250, for example, can do better than my 150?   What do you use your assortments of lenses for?

70 is best when you want to get the full power out of your machine. Say you are engraving 1.5" coins. The 150 will take much longer than the 70mm, as the 70 can direct the laser beam much tighter.
Think of the focal distance. My 70 is just under 4". The 300 is17". You will get much more power out of a short focal distance.

Use caution with 308s, especially from 80%.   I just built one.  LOTS of incompatibilities.  Not like the AR-15 world at all.
I had 2 PSA 308 uppers; an older one and a newer PA-10.   After a lot of of screwing around and buying more and more parts, in addition to the period DPMS LPK, as well as having to modify both my upper and the bolt catch, I finally got the first one done.  I did a thread on it here a couple months ago.   I had planned to get a second 80% lower to build out the PA-10 upper.   After the experience with the first one, I just said to hell with it and bought a 100% PA-10 lower from PSA for the second one.   I've built lots of AR-15s, but the 308 world is a whole 'nuther thing.

ETA:
archived thread from December about some of the 308 problems
Looks like the imgur pics disappeared, but I can resurrect them if anyone wants details
