First test of my new carbide counterbore. Cost me $150 total but it will make these pivots a lot better than I could do with just standard drill bits

Here they are.
Both belong to a local friend now. The one on the bottom is the famous "garage sale" knife, a 1960's Lawndale, Ca. Loveless. The one above, another genuine Loveless. bad pics, some blade damage to the crooked point skinner on the bottom but who gets to own two Loveless knives? Not me!
