No thrust washer on the titanium side and the blade should be relatively wear resistant, but this is a prototype. I want to figure out where the wear surfaces and patterns are with this one. Two knife set Tuesday! My wife bought this for me on our fifth anniversary. Knives of Alaska. Turns out it was a company in Texas, and I found that out when I went to the Knives of Alaska store in Anchorage. They told me they had a current law suit against the Texas company over the name.
