I asked about the best way to reheat them when I picked up the last batch and the two ladies present said that the microwave was best.

Is that what you guys do?

I was in a bigger town today and cruised through the grocery store and picked up some crema, Queso fresco and flour tortillas.

I’ve been wary of trying that. I’m super particular on Chile rellenos. Always apprehensive and cautious when ordering… Getting a glob of seeds in my mouth because the cook didn’t remove the Chile placenta is as off putting as eggshells in a soufflé.

This reminds me I was passing through an area where I know a GREAT restaurant and I stopped in to get my usual 3 green enchiladas and 1 Chile relleno. I told the waitress twice, cheese in them all. What came out was ground beef in them all. Beef. My 8 hour anticipation to eating their amazing cheese relleno and cheese enchiladas was ruined by some chick that couldn’t transmit a verbal order into a written ticket. It wasn’t good either. But hey, she took $1.30 off my order.

If frozen you can reheat in a steamer. But I admit I’ve done maaaany tamale lady tamales in the microwave. Honestly I don’t see much of a difference. The steamer is fine and so is the microwave, but with both of you go to long you can screw up the product into mush or a hard mass.

That was probably my favorite batch of lengua that I've made. It was fall apart tender and then fried until it had some crunchy spots.

I probably won't be drinking those sodas often, but they are delicious. It's too bad the companies don't just make the good stuff for us here as well.

He was very positive on the whole.

I told him I would help him market the new line, but I refuse to wear pink and lay on the hood of my truck with his folder. I would probably fall off and stab myself.

There’s this chain place in phoenix that just opened called Portillo’s hot dogs. A friend and arfcommer told me about it so I look it up. Turns out they only serve Chicago dogs. A hotdog place in the Sonoran desert that doesn’t serve Sonoran dogs is an oddity.

Maybe I'll use the tailgate instead of the hood. Lol

The truck "only" has a 3.5" lift on it. The hood is taller than our suburban that had a 6" lift on it was. Both have 35" tires.
