But I admit I’ve done maaaany tamale lady tamales in the microwave. Honestly I don’t see much of a difference. The steamer is fine and so is the microwave, but with both of you go to long you can screw up the product into mush or a hard mass. |

It was fall apart tender and then fried until it had some crunchy spots. I probably won't be drinking those sodas often, but they are delicious.
