Something about it makes you think it's the right consistency, but when you pound them out in your palm, the cracks on the edges appear which indicates that the masa is too dry. You want it wet, but not so wet it sticks. I like the loroco but have never been able to tell a flavor difference between cheese and loroco with cheese. Revuelta is always a solid choice and usually my go to. |
