The sprecher was from Menards in Mitchell, SD. We stopped there to stock up on the sauerkraut we found  the last time we were through there.  We also grabbed a couple cases of the 1919 root beer. (Best root beer)

We're in Montana right now, expecting to be in Idaho tomorrow, then we have to go get the kids from my MIL in Washington. She wanted to visit them so she flew to Omaha and flew back with the kids.  The RV isn't so bad with only 2/5ths of the people in it. Lol

Novelty size lobster tail, wagyu NY strip and a grass fed ribeye from our last half cow in Washington. For a side we have a top round steak from the same cow as the ribeye.

This is where I tapped out:

The plating was shit but we're not trying to impress anyone. We ran out of paper plates yesterday, otherwise we'd have used those. At least we had custom knives

I only had one car with a name. It was a 2004 Toyota Corolla that was white with beige interior and as base model as you could get.  It was the most unremarkable car ever. It was disgustingly reliable but offered no excitement. It was just a boringly good car. It was called "vanilla soft serve" after I used that as an analogy of it to some of my friends about how it was so basic. Lol

We usually just call the vehicles what they are (when we had more than just the truck). It was a little confusing when we first had two dodge trucks, then it became "old truck" and "new truck" or "the white truck" the suburban was usually just "the burb"

A few years ago we had a momma cat and one of her kittens hanging out on our deck. We gave them food and water and they hung around for quite a while. We were forecasted to get waaay down into the negative temps so I suggested we bring them inside to ride it out but she wouldnt budge. The first day of the nasty temps she changed her mind and said we should bring them in. Problem was we never saw them again. Every once in a while I'll bring up how she killed the cats. She doesnt find it amusing.
