When I was searching I noticed the Kinfe Art 21s are listing higher than when it was new these days. Can't say they were selling for that much, but one had 49 watchers at ~$750. It was a drop point but I'm not sure that matters.

To be honest:
Gravity grill with LSS Mods is on the same level as pellet grills,(#man panties/cheating)…stupid easy.

But the food tastes SO much better!

I’m not at StarScream’s level with being able to rock a BGE and get spectacular food with minimal effort.

But I will say that the Masterbuilt Gravity Grill is a gateway drug.

From their website. I sure hope it is put together as well  given they state tighter tolerances:

Ceramic Ball Interface A 97 RC Ceramic Ball runs interface between the lock-bar end and tang of the blade, while still maintaining the "bank-vault" feel.  With each pass, the ball prevents wear, cushions shock, and ensures accurate lock-up for the lifetime of the knife. This locking system has been proven on the Umnumzaan, Sebenza 25, and Inkosi models for over 10 years as our best, long-lasting locking technology to date.

Off-set Clip Design A tilted clip rests more on the back handle, relieving pressure from the Integral Lock Bar.

Improved Ergonomics

Removal of Fixturing Hole on Front Handle

Re-designed Inlays Paying homage to the well-loved Annual Sebenzas, the 31 will move to a one-piece inlay, front and back.

Chad Nichols Damascus Boomerang, Ladder, and Raindrop Damascus blades will now come from high-quality maker, Chad Nichols. Limited stock available.

So I'm trying to put the inside portion of the lever and escutcheon on to the little stick from the other side, and it kinda pushes it through instead. I don't want to lose the whole outside portion and have it drop to the ground. But that isn't working.

Fortunately I have the handy dandy SAK with me and can use the pliers. It was not ideal, a broader jaw would have helped, but it worked.

Honestly, I am amazed that BGE hasnt already come out with a digitally controlled version that opens & closes vents as needed.
I think they will eventually have to do so, as that's where the market is going.

Inkosi. It fits my hand so well.

FWIW, I think the Seb is the better looking of the two, but the Inkosi wins for pure function.
