Very much so.

It's being fought at the Supreme Court, so we're hoping for a reversal.

When an FFL can't/won't transfer it... Plus, I doubt there's many Staccato's on the black market. Well, there probably is but I don't have the contacts and I'm not risking a sting operation.

Won't they ship it with a ten round mag? And, are old standard capacity mags grandfathered? I bet all those guys that borrowed mags from you back in the day would return them if you just asked.

15 rounds is the limit, so a Staccato CS and the C w/ the small frame is g2g. All of the others are 17+. I don't even think they make a 10-rounder, wouldn't need it since 15 is legal. They're kinda grandfathered, we have to register each "large capacity" magazine, but can't buy new ones.

There's surprisingly not much difference in recoil between the 357 and 38spl in a 20" barrel, but you can certainly hear the difference on steel. 38spl through this thing is so light, I could see shooting way too many rounds on a nice afternoon.

It’s a ten dollar knife so don’t expect more quality than a $5 gas station knife. The handle material is hard plastic and feels cheap. The coating on the blade and metal surfaces are heavily oiled and the blade action pivots well. The axis style lock works well but doesn’t lock up without lock rock. The main downsides are the side to side blade play, lock rock up and down, and the blade is severely off center.

I’m going to return it because it’s literally the worst quality knife I own. The cold steel tufflite at $25 is a better option as the tufflite has quality construction, better AUS8A steel, a rock solid lock and action, and the polymer handle feels much better in ergonomics and material feel.

https://i.imgur.com/ARKZa5W.jpeg

And just because, here's the $10 ozark knock next to a $1300 shirogorov.

I think it's funny on two levels.

A) Walmart is cutting into BMs domain with a knock off.

B) China and woke hating GD is again drooling over Chinese products from a woke company.

Correct, but I do like the idea of a stab-o-meter.

For lobster diving most people just use a go/nogo gauge on the carapace.
