maybe you should pay attention to what legislation is being pushed here right now. yes even here, they starting to take little bites of our rights, you know to keep everyone safe. little here little there..... dont be complacent.

The small number of dems we have do that for votes every election cycle, they have zero chance at passage. What we do have is a lot of pending legislation that is extremely conservative that have a great chance of passage. Are you new to the state?

ND has castle doctrine, constitutional carry, and when they tried to pass red flags laws they were voted down big time.

and all NFA stuff is legal with the proper federal stamps.

For now. The lower house looks like it could easily flip, and the upper house isn't much better. All you need is one Republican to give in (which they often do, see Florida and Virginia) and you can easily get some gun laws if you loose the governor.
