Where it came from, video of it being placed, etc. -Shooter was downed by a SS sniper at 488 yards according to Erik Prince -Total elapsed time by my count from first shot report to final suppressed report from the SS was 16 seconds. -Rifle belonged to shooters dad @Norsk thanks for posting that. @sherm8404 could perhaps take a lesson and maybe update the OP at least once every 48 hours after he starts a thread about the first president to be shot in an assassination attempt in over 40 years.  |

Someone had to have a cell phone out on the stands behind him and caught the shot. I hope it gets out soon.
Maybe they are told not to have cameras out on the platform though. |

What missing is the fact that the taller building doesn't actually run the entire length of the lower building, only about 1/4th of it. Judging from where the shooters body was he was way out of field of view of the windows facing the venue. Another kicker of why they needed to be on the roofs is the taller building doesn't have windows facing the parking lot, so like half of the roof of the lower/closer building can't be viewed at all from the second story. |

As someone who has been using this thread to try and keep somewhat up to date while traveling out of town, I’m seeing (what appears to me) an uptick in personal attacks and/or posts about other members instead of the news.
