Twice in company vehicle that had the plate sheared off in an accident.

Nice. Maybe if the car blows a stop sign, or speeds, the plate flashes until pulled over and ticketed. Maybe it flashes red if the driver owns a firearm, then the officer can open fire, because they will reasonably have cause to be in fear for their lives.
