I thought the most recent pics of Cruise showed some aging. He literally looked the exact same for like 30 years, then broke his leg in the most recent film, got fat, then looked older after.

Well I am a retired older guy, close to 60, still have all my hair, still wear the same sized pants that I did when I was 18, don't have any gray hair, yes I have a few wrinkles and most of them have scars to go along with them, but I have still aged, just as you will buddy. Exercise can prolong youth, but it can't prevent aging..

That is what happened to me.

From 16-25 I looked like I was 16
From 25-35 I looked 25
From 35-42 I looked like I was in my late 20s. I really started noticing the years catching up with a lot of my friends at this range.
From 43-45 I looked 45. Ill and dying family members, career issues, financial challenges, starting a business etc really started dragging on me and it shows.

Feels like I woke up one morning, looked in a mirror and went "holy shit, who is this old man".
