YouTube has clips of people from Star Wars Celebration, which started this morning in London. So far the Acolyte is being described as Frozen meets Kill Bill. There's a clip of Skeleton Crew floating around that looks like Goonies in Star Wars. The pirate that escaped the Mandalorians ib Navarro is in it. I think many don't realize that most of this is the same story that runs through multiple shows. The main plot of this story interacts with, but isn't part of the Skywalker story.
Parts of Clone Wars > Bad Batch > Andor > Rebels > The Mandalorian > Ahsoka and it appears Skeleton Crew are universe building shows that coincide with the events of the Skywalker show, but offer a different perspective. Ahsoka, Hera and Sabine are not new characters and it makes sense they would be featured in the Ahsoka show. We've already seen Zeb in the Mandalorian, so it's a fair chance he'll be there too. Kanan is dead (and didn't discover the secret to being a force ghost). We will see Ezra. I really hope we get a live action Agent Kallus as I always liked his character. ETA: Leia was a well written female badass in the OT. |
