The tan one and the cobalt/bronze one are both Polymer80 builds. I don't remember exactly, but I probably have $800-900 in each.

A 10mm conversion kit for the LAR Grizzly is ridiculously expensive if you can find one. I have conversion kits for both my Grizzlies, the 6.5" (pictured) and a 10" longslide.

Yeah $900 is what I expected. Trying to find a good grip for small hands. People even say the 20sf is large

Finally adding some pics of the 610.

Any decent kydex options for better securing my moonclips?  The magnets are cool for playing at the range or if you want to be fast at a match, but not for walking around in the woods with.

Interesting data on 10mm loads.

Not going to be a Glock, I haven't pulled the trigger yet.  If I find a Smith first I might jump on that.  Otherwise likely be a SA XDME.  *Disclaimer  the images are for illustrative purposes only.  The actual items in stock may vary in quantity or brand.   My bank account has been damaged by these transactions.

I have a fair amount of Underwood 200 gr hard cast. Just from paper punching it recoils like a stout load, pretty much as expected.

Friend just did a barrel conversion on his Glock (19?), and didn't like the way it turned out. He'd already bought a couple of boxes of the Underwood Extreme Penetrator 140 gr monolithic copper ammo that we're doing a deal on. I'm curious to see how it shoots. One GDer said the sub-100 gr stuff has quite a bit of muzzle blast but much less perceived recoil. Not expecting a lot from the 140, but we'll see.

Yeah, I am a consolidated powder guy for all handgun rounds for the most part and can make excellent low/standard range rounds.

Nothing like I can make when I play with optimized powder.

You can always build it a piece at a time, no need to buy all the parts at once.  My two builds started as barrel purchases on the EE.

I’m feeling the 10mm itch and I need to scratch it. I was thinking a 1911 of some type (probably a Springfield Ronin to match the .45 Ronin I have on the way). But I also go backpacking in Colorado every year and want to head north into Montana, so maybe a Glock is in order. Hell I’ll get both! I have 5 9mm’s, why not 2 10’s???

Now, G20 or G29 for backpacking??? So many decisions.

ETA: I’ve got a Ruger SP101 but 5 rounds of hot .357 is not as good as 15 of hot 10mm I would think! Sounds like a G20 for me. A G29 just doesn’t seem like it’s pleasant to practice with?

Have you joined the 10mm master race?

Let's see those best mm handguns!

I picked up this Ruger SR1911 in 10mm a couple of years ago. It's a soft shooter. Handles the round well.

I added the Ruger black diamondwood grips and called it good. I still need to add a fiber optic front site.

Definitely a great shooter for the money.

I ordered one of these puppies in 10mm today.
The Ruger needed a fren.
I bet it's going to be fun. 11 rounds of 10mm in a compact frame ain't nothing to sneeze at. The optional 15 round mags will be even better.

I know I'm late to the thread, maybe you already answered this - but where'd you get the grip screws? Look sweet.

I also have a Ruger SR1911 in 10mm, goes with my SR1911 in .45 ACP. Just need a 9mm to complete the set.

G20SF
Tanfoglio Elite Limited
Sig P220 Elite
Vector

Want:

Desert Eagle 1911 G10

Wouldn't mind some suppressor suggestions for the PCCs. Thinking about the CGS Nautilus if it can handle the pressure.

I have a Gen 4 20 that I got after winning a Glock Certificate a couple of years ago in the RO drawing at a GSSF match I always work.  I don't shoot it a  lot but I tote it anytime I am in the woods.  Great gun.  If I didn't have the Glock and was in the market for a 10mm, I would take a hard look at the new one from S&W.  I already have a 4.25" 2.0 9mm and I love the way it feels so I am guessing the 10 would be just a good.
