If I was Elon I'd start building satellites with "radiation shielding " that could survive re entry mostly . I'd then declare they are testing a precision reentry process so when these things fail we aren't leaving space junk out there.
Then I'd drop a satellite on a 20 foot target in the ocean. Governments might be a bit more careful after a display like that |
