The best I've ever had was at Gordon Ramsay's place in Vegas. Thin crunchy tempura batter, and really firm, thick cut fish.

As stated, that's not F@C, but that 3rd pic, add some sliced green onion, and some mayo will make the best tuna salad sandwich you've ever had.

Yeah he’s got a good tarter sauce recipe. We found it much better than the store bought sauce.
Anyways check out this guys other recipes. Looks pretty good!

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The fish have to be deep fried ocean white fish. It can be cod, haddock, hake, turbot, halibut, haddock, pollock. But ocean white fish.

The chips have to be thick-cut potato fries.
