Had one very similar that I bought locally. Ran well, had the same O ring system that Remington uses on the 1187.
Got it zeroed with slugs and the Iowa State Patrol dumped all their shotguns. Wound up with 4 Wingmasters for $185 each and sold the Turkish gun. |

Got the pump version of the Turk shogggun and I have not been blown up yet. Spent $185 for the gun, background check and tax out the door. It holds 5 in the tube and one in the chamber and goes bang, not boom every time I pull the trigger.
Can't say how the semi-auto runs. That is a more complicated system. |

If it's what I think it is, it's basically a clone of the Beretta 390 series. That seems to be a popular design with Turkish makers (I have the Weatherby version). They come in at all sorts of price points. For whatever reason that particular model didn't sell so it's getting clearanced out. Probably a decent rig.

I don't have THAT gun but I do have a cheap turkish 12ga that takes saiga mags. It's been rock solid reliable so far. It shoots high and low brass equally well and I have never had a failure to fire or a jam after hundreds of rounds. It's also reasonably well made. In fact for how cheap it was I'd say it was very well made.

One of the few times I've regretted a firearm purchase was a turkish semi auto shotgun. I wouldn't spend $75 on it.

If you're doing a round of clays here or there, or hunt dove a couple days a year, they're fine. If you're going to shoot high volumes of shells, run away.

They are just trying to keep the heavily subsidized factories open. I got a few of the 1911’s and the quality is as good as Domestic American. I could find no flaws. The shotguns looked good too, though I haven’t shot them yet. I wish people could concentrate on Facts, rather than Emotion. ie. “The Barrel is made with a cast Zinc metal alloy which will fracture the third time you fire it”. - and then, back it up with a reputable link. |

In my experience, the Turks can make good guns and sometimes do. I agree with the dude who said to buy three and hope one runs.
If price point was about 400-500 you may only need to buy two. |

I have a pump version and have shot 00 buck and slugs through it without issue. It kicks like a mule though. The Turks make some good guns- Stoeger, Caniks, Girsan, SAR/Sarsilmaz/EAA, Tristar, etc. and some large companies collaborated with them as well- Weatherby, CZ,etc., so they make good stuff.
