The ones near me work and keep thier houses nice but they are older from the Baby Doc era of Haitian immigrants.

It’s not just Haitians. Our new diverse populations have caused a lot of issues here too. Very similar situation here in middle Indiana. I curse Obammmer for them daily. Can’t drive, eating everything wild life, picking fruit from trees that do not belong to them. Don’t keep up with their properties, recking the public schools… I could go on and on.
