I've given guys 6 months to get their hormones checked, controlled etc when the were a fat body (in the army) with low T but never a day off.
None of them ever lost the weight they needed. |

No, not a valid reason to leave work.
Idiots always find the dumbest reasons to not do something, they can't even help it. The questions become: is he worth the work he does? Is the unreliability/irregular schedule an issue? If you have tasks that aren't remotely time sensitive, then all is well. If you find you start saying things like "we have all the material to paint the hallways but Goofy called out because he cannot find any left shoes" then fire him. |

Got one tech at my shop that avoided certain tickets by hiding in the bathroom for 30 mins Told him that if you're going to be in there for that long without a doctor's note stating that you regularly shit 20 foot python turds, then you need to clock out. He stopped pulling that shit immediately ?? I know it's hot AF right now but don't feed me a line of bull Take the breaks that you're entitled to, man Probably encourage your Low T Man to take some PTO himself to deal with his issue |
