He is saying that the Israelis are passed. The citizens are calling out the government bs about taking off handcuffs and will be a war to end hamas etc because they are not seeing any real results or differences in action. This situation is pretty damn complicated and it's not something that can be solved very easily. It involves centuries of violence, land grabs and other extremes. Hama is a shit bag organization that needs to be wiped off the map, just as any terrorist org does. However, one has to ask why do they even exist?
Sure, two thousand years ago something happened and this and that. Crusades over the course of a thousand years that accomplished nothing. Just look at a map of pre-'48 Palestine. Then look today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_the_Palestine_region I dunno, just look at all of that. All the conflict, all the bloodshed.
