It will have violence, guns, probably a scene or two that feature alcohol, maybe a car chase, -if those sorts of things bother you, skip it.
Otherwise, it'll likely be two hours of glorious entertainment. |

the first one is awesome because of the Continental, assassin code, gold coins, bourbon, and the bartender
beyond that the franchise is just a usual car chase, "I know gun fu" type movie. 3 needs to get back to more of the assassin underworld plot line. And more of the bartender

Also 2 would have been better with the deleted scenes. John meeting the pope and the pope reciting the phrase tattooed on Johns back would have been enough to save that movie

I love the transition from that kind of quiet, heartfelt song while hes quietly killing in the bathouse to the loud techno song in the bar when he's out in the open, and the image with Wick walking in front of that spiral/wave effect in the dance club is absolutely perfect. When you compare it to the dull gunfight scene from 2 posted earlier you can really see what the second lacked that the first had. Personally, I hope they can make another 1, I love that movie. |

I love a good revenge flick and all but he revenged already and it was good. Super bad ass killer kills the killers... I like it but it was a bit over the top in the first. The second took the top, pissed on it, crumpled it up, and threw it away. Just unending waves of henchmen dispatched on God-Mode.
I’ll pass on three. Rental at best. |
