So, they'll release an affidavit with enough information to see what Trump is being accused but redact all of the information that might make the release of the affidavit actually useful. In other words, they get to release the accusations and aren't required to offer any verifiable proof. They had this whole charade of releasing it planned out ahead of time.

So it looks like someone sprinkled 'a lot of classified records.' in boxes that Trump's people returned because they were sent to them by mistake.
