Sunny side up at home but scramble at the restaurant, I don't like runny whites.
But the best is a 3 minute egg firm white runny yolk chopped in a bowl, salt and pepper and Tabasco on top. Buttered toast and cheddar cheese sticks on the side.

And from a guy who put himself though college by cooking though high school..

Over Easy = Runny set white, Runny yolk
Over Medium = Solid white, Runny slightly set yolk
Over Hard = Solid white,  Solid yolk
Over Well = Solid white and Solid yolk; yolk broken and slightly mixed with the white.

Sunny Side Up, or, just "Up" = Solid white, and yolks surrounded by butter, or oil and the edges cooked until opaque. Yolks remain runny.
Basted = Same as Up, but the white membrane over the yolk "basted" usually by shaking the pan, with hot butter/oil until slightly opaque.  Yolk remains runny.

Hell, I have been eating uncooked eggs for four decades when I make ice cream or Caeser salad dressing.

I prefer sunny side up but I'll happily eat over easy as long as the yolk is runny.

Actually, reading some of the other answers, poached is fine, as are scrambled, omelette, and even raw (with soy sauce over cold rice and chopped scallions...and a little seaweed paste).
