It's a YLYL/troll thread, except the joke might be a President Kamala and VP Uncle Fester because some folks are not voting for Trump.

This pic pretty much describes this thread.

RFK and DJT together are going to drain the real, decent people from both sides, leaving just the dregs who cling to the old lies in desperation.

Well the Founding fathers owned slaves, politicians are pretty evil folks.

Trumps is far more entertaining than Kamala. Honestly watching the Rinos and the democrats fighting Trump for four years is gonna be pretty epic.

If I was Trump I would have a dinner in the congressional building for all the Jan 6 folks after issuing a pardon. Then give every single one a Presidential medal for freedom and a signed apology.

I would televise it and apologize to all the folks wrongly imprisoned. I would then order DC to pay each person $100k for each year of imprisonment.

I would order a statue of Ashli Babbit to be placed on the WhiteHouse lawn.

I would make Jan 6 Ashli Babbit day and a National holiday.

And would be in the first month of my Presidency.

Elon Musk’s audience is not a representative sample. Almost as bad as polling GD.

Like I said, I don’t think that meme means what you think it means.

then you show me polling with a representative sample that refutes the percentages, with even a fraction of the size.

Your ignorance of basic statistics is truly astounding.

No such poll exists because it is not feasible to do so scientifically.

How does a poll ensure that it is a representative sample of the United States?

so like an N_T you're mad about something that overwhelmingly gets the job done but not perfectly or in the manner you want it to get done.  an N_T or a crazy chick.

You didn't answer my question.

It does not "get the job done", and is critically flawed.  This is like claiming the Globetrotters are the best basketball team of all time based upon their win ratio.

So, do you know how statistics work, and how to conduct a poll that approaches accuracy?

you should probably explain it to me before you start smacking yourself in the head and counting the toothpicks.

Any poll that is intending on being accurate must have three elements: 1.) have the participants be randomly selected, 2.) have the respondents be within the defined population you are intending on finding out information on, and 3.) have a sufficient number of participants.  The poll on Twitter does not meet the first two requirements, and is therefore going to be essentially useless in determining how the US electorate feels about the election.   The population is messed up since people not in the US electorate can respond to the Twitter poll, and the population is only people who are active on Twitter which is not indicative of the US electorate.  Not having random respondents is going to introduce a severe bias in who responds, and again will mean that the poll will not correlate to how the US electorate feels since these are only people who feel passionately enough to post their opinion in Twitter.

The poll you posted is a convenience poll, and in no way shape or form does it have any scientific merit, nor does it have any accuracy.  It's complete bullshit from a mathematical perspective.

it

wrong

Holy shit.

Literally use any other poll, and it will show that what you cite is wrong.

Do you not agree that statistics should be done in a scientific fashion?

pick one that shows sound statistics and is done in a scientific fashion.

I too, just had to click and see what was the draw. I'm only surprised it's only 87% Share_Blue Shills. You lefties are slacking, you need to make this a full-blown Share_Blue masturbation festival (picture below for those that haven't witnessed one). Maybe a contest would get your creative juices flowing, like who can say the most absurd things about Trump. I believe in you lefties, you can surely be nuttier than the Joyless sisters (Reid and Behar). I'll check back when you hit 180 pages!

Sounds like even a MTGA administration would make use of the 25th Amendment if you were President. Probably by week two.

As I’ve said, if Trump could run on issues it would be a no-brainer, but he can’t.  He’s emotionally incapable.  He’s going to get baited like a fish during the debate, made to look like “old man yelling at clouds” to the remainder of soft/undecided voters.

What "MAGA" really means

The phrase has troubled liberals who think it is a call for a return to an America before civil rights, gay rights, and women's rights. But I have a more generous interpretation, one that is truer to my experience of Donald Trump as he is today. "Make America Great Again" recalls a nation brimming with vitality, with a can-do spirit, with hope and a belief in itself. It was an America that was beginning to confront its darker shadows, could acknowledge the injustice in its past and present, yet at the same time could celebrate its successes. It was a nation of broad prosperity, the world's most vibrant middle class, and a idealistic belief (though not consistently applied) in freedom, justice, and democracy. It was a nation that led the world in innovation, productivity, and technology. And it was the healthiest country in the world. I have talked to many Trump supporters. I have talked with his inner circle. I have talked to the man himself. This is the America they want to restore.

Some of us put what's good for the Constitution and rule of law before what's good for them personally. I understand that may seem like a strange concept to MTGA, where traits like duty and honor have been replaced with cult worship of an orange idol.

Your anger will subside once you realize how much better off you are under a Trump presidency. Trump didn’t even want to run for president, but he did because he wants to save us from another 4 years of Bidenomics. He could be golfing and enjoying his retirement but he did it for you!

ROFL much better off?  Wants to save us from Bidenomics? His enormous handouts kicked off the inflation we’re experiencing.

He does it for himself and his own inflated ego.  He doesn’t give a shit about anyone else, especially not the J6 rioters.

I also hope for your sake that Trump wins the presidency and your bitterness subsides.

Does anyone else want me to hope for their sake that Trump wins? I’m taking requests.

For my sake?  LOL.  Sorry your life hinges on who sits in the WH.

I’ll be just fine regardless of who wins the election, just like I have every other time the sky was falling.

State/local government are much more important to me.

I understand that open border policies have not affected daily life in liberal honeypots like Nantucket and the Hamptons, but they will eventually catch up to future generations.

That’s the rub. Affluent northern liberal cities are like Hobbiton in that the world’s problems haven’t caught up to them. They have no idea what border state citizens are going through and the best solution it seems is to send more busses.

Huh?  Aren’t liberal honeypots are where all the problems are?

You can’t even get your imaginary facts straight.

It’s quite amusing that you ignore the economic issues Trump has contributed to and jump right to border security.

You’re confusing sanctuary cities like San Francisco and Denver with liberal NIMBY honeypots like Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Oconomowoc Lake.

It's worse than that, Jim.
They are brain dead.

I don’t know where you’re going with your “argument.”

You think you’ve found a “gotcha” by steering the convo to immigration because I don’t live in a shit hole?

Ok.  Good one.

Not everyone grew up attending private school in Mayberry. I hope you come to understand the working class rather than mocking and talking down to them.
