The rest of the time he portrays a man fully focused on methodically venting his rage on the people who killed his family, his team, and his good name. And his interaction with his daughter, and Riley the helo pilot, capture the character's sole motivation as protector. The scenes with the bird that lead up to the helo pilot rescue flashback made it very dusty. "Daddy, do you think she's going to be OK?" ETA: I saw an interview where Jack Carr stated Pratt was the only actor he would consider for that role. |

Lily Collins was born to play Emily in Paris. Lucas Bravo as the chef and Bruno Gourey as Luc and everybody else are excellent too. Jean Reno, Natalie Portman and Gary Oldman in Leon the Professional. Rufus Sewell in The Man in a High Castle. Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut. S' all good man. Everybody in Downton Abbey. Everybody in Modern Family. Everybody. All the posts above have it correct too. |

Denzel Washington as Malcom X in Malcom X. He looked just like him.
The 1998 version of Les Miserables with Liam Neeson as Jean Valjean has a great cast. I never read any of the GoT books but I would all the actors cast in that did great jobs. It was too bad Dumb and Dumber screwed everyone in the end. 1883 received a lot of hate on ARF but I will say the acting in it was top notch. I did not read the book so I am not sure how faithful the movie was to it but Jack Nicholson and Shelley Duvall did an AMAZING job in The Shining. |
