I truly take comfort in knowing that once all this shit is over, that all the "press", mega phone attention whores, and the over the top emotional girls(?) that scream non sense at cops. They will all go back to the boring lives they live and have nothing to show at the end of life. For majority of them this is the peak of life for them and thats just sad.

I think the judge is going to be under massive pressure to move forward, but, he migtht see it as a quicker way to end the circus and give the DA a chance to file different charges. No way are they going to get the 3 other LEOs, they were not really liable in the first place. A civil suit goes to the city anyhow... But, having his knee on the neck as long as he did when GF was obviously unresponsive is what will likely get him a MAN-2 or MAN-3, but even that is in doubt as the fatal level of drugs is the likely issue. Foaming at the mouth like a feral dog is not a health way to go through life. LEOs called for medical, so no way is this a murder charge... Wrongful death in civil will be REALLY tough to prove on that. (they called for medic before he was acting REALLY fucked up... and he had a tab on his tongue) Here is hoping I get on the jury.... |
