The MSNBC video on AR15's I saw was so bad I didn't post it here.

I wonder what 'emergency' will suddenly come up to conveniently cancel the press conference.  They can't have PedoJoe out in front of the cameras, he wanders off script.

Nope.....They probably will have him more "juiced up" than a race horse......I bet he gets "pissy mad" at some reporter though, if it is a "real" press Conference, not one of his "scripted Campaign ones."....

Wow.  Two Secret Service agents tried to get the records from the gun store, but were refused.  Secret Service says they have no records of the incident and were never involved.

I would not be surprised to hear a gun shop has surveillance cameras.  Be a shame if that footage made its way into the public domain.

Back in the early 1990s, Sarah Brady was ranting about how the Tec-9 was "the preferred weapon of street gangs".  It's doubtful that the street gangs had even heard of the Tec-9, before Sarah Brady started preaching that it was the ideal gun for them, but they apparently listened and started using every Tec-9 they could get their hands on (which wasn't such a bad thing, given the poor accuracy of the Tec-9).

But that bitch just had to wait until a year or so after I sold a Tec-9 (for less than I had paid for it), to start her Tec-9 marketing campaign and drive the prices up.

How are the current prices on AR pistols?  (I know, current prices are nuts on everything.)

I think the 'new' price was around the $250 to $300 range, depending on the barrel length (3" or 5").

That seems about right for pricing.  I bought it in the '89 - '90 time frame.

Not sure why I even clicked on that link - in New Yorkistan they are verboten.  FUAC.

Only two more years of college tuition to pay for then I can seriously consider a career change and a move out of here.  I promise I won't bring anything to the new locale except my love of fishing, bbq'ing, homebrewing and the Constitution plus the wife and dog.

Put a couple of tugs near the stern.  Get the ass end back into deeper water.  Use airbags to float the bow.  Wouldn't take much - maybe a dozen Amy Schumer, Rosie O'Donnell sized float bags should do the trick.  Once the bow is free, keep pulling the stern towards the middle of the channel.

Otherwise- offload a bunch of containers to decrease the draft and try again.

I'm guessing they are trying to unstuck it in the bank.

Personally unloading the ship would make more sense. Then like was said above, grab the stern with tugs.

They must have driven it in there if it's that stuck.

My personal experience is limited to smaller stuff in lakes and rivers, but getting a boat stuck by running it into the bank has always struck me as a problem of not enough water under the hull (unloading the boat being one possible solution), not a problem of not enough water in front of the bow.

Maybe concerns about bending something, if they started tugging on the stern without giving the bow more room?

It was a school fight.  Who gets a record for a simple school fight?  From the report I read he walked up to a student that he claimed had bullied him, and punched him in the head.  No beat down, curb stomp, or anything like that.  No hospitalization, permanent injury...

If that is all it takes to lose gun rights I am fuuuuuuuuuuuucked.

In less than 90 days into Comrade Xiden's presidency, NK has already fired at least 4 short range ballistic missiles and Iran has fired at least one missile.

All we heard was how Trump would turn the world into a war zone. Instead, my beloved president ended wars, sought middle east peace and kicked the ass of ISIS. He had both Bagdadi and Soleimani killed without a by your leave, saving countless untold lives.

These facts need to be hammered hard.
