A bit of a tip regarding USAJobs, copy and paste the KSA's from the job listing, change the verbs to past tense and paste them into any resume' or application process as skills you posess even if it's a stretch. Word search scanners do the initial screening and look for those. <<( been on a Fed hiring board a few times)
