If they have gotten to the point that they are whacking the guy with the tonfa, seems like they have already gotten to the point that they could use it in other ways (unless the department has policies against using the tonfa in other ways). By that point, you can expect somebody to be getting video and posting it to social media with commentary about the cops beating an unarmed man with a stick. As for the tazer, the only reason I could see for not doing it earlier (unless there is some department policy checklist that the guy didn't get all the boxes checked until there were more cops on scene), would be concerns about one of the cops being focused on the guy being tazed, leaving the one other cop to deal with anything the crowd might suddenly decide to do. |

Concealed carry holder shoots burglar in Chinatown
Prosecutors say a concealed carry holder shot a burglar who charged at him when he returned to his home in Chinatown on Monday evening. Now, the burglar is hospitalized and charged with a felony. The homeowner, 32, told cops that he saw his garage door open and a bike leaning against the garage when he returned home. When he peeked into the garage’s side door, Underwood charged at him, the prosecutor said. The victim took a step back, pulled out his gun, and shot Underwood once in the abdomen, said Sarah Dale-Schmidt, a Cook County prosecutor. Police found the victim’s PlayStation, Yeezy slippers, and an Apple iPod in the garage, all of which had been removed from the man’s home by Underwood. Cops determined that Underwood entered the victim’s home through an unlocked second-floor window and then ransacked the residence, Dale-Schmidt said. Prosecutors charged him with residential burglary and simple assault. Judge Charles Beach ordered him to pay a $25,000 deposit toward bail to get out of custody. Dale-Schmidt said Underwood was convicted of manufacture-delivery in 2011 and unlawful use of a weapon in 2012 |

Shows how gun control is completely pointless, but the left will just ball up their fists, squeeze their eyes shut, and scream that if 'ghost guns' were banned, this would all go away. Doesn't matter that China has been shipping large numbers of 'switches' to the US for years (getting them through customs), or that people can make pretty much the same thing without an 80% (they just have to know a little more and put a little more work into it, or maybe they could get China to ship completed frames the same way they ship the completed switches). |

Greetings Riot Crew
went on a 4 Day mini Vacation to an area of Germany called Harz - it's about 185 miles from Berlin enjoy no speed limit on the Autobahn  stayed in a 5 Star Hotel with awesome Dinner and a great Bar some of the Food we enjoyed in the Hotel      enjoyed the Spa and Sauna after a long day of Hiking and exploring Took the Brocken Bahn up the Brocken            The Forrest's in this area are completely decimated - thousands of acres and miles of dead Trees - a lot of areas have been logged and they are trying to re-plant those areas.   it's was quite surreal to see this 1st hand - can't imagine how badly the Ski Resorts, small Hotels and Restaurants have been impacted by this. we stayed in an area that has not been impacted yet so we where lucky to be able to Hike and enjoy the Forrest's and Mountains |
