If your that person and have one person saying guilty on murder 2 and one saying innocent of all charges and there is no debate for either. I see the judge saying go back but just to take another week to get to the same result would be a waste of time. I have not been on a murder case but was in a drug case on the jury. We believed he was guilty but the prosecution just didn't prove it. I have no clue where this will go. |
