You might consider this next time. At a minimum get a good quality Dash Camera and Rear Facing Camera. My job pays for Ubers. Provided I don't get the Uber driver eager to chase down hit and run drivers... (Tragic story in Houston recently about that. 3 year old in Uber died when Uber crashed out during the chase.) |

The answer is nearly always to drive away. Don’t ever pull up so close behind someone that you’re stuck. Cars can easily drive over curbs, between lanes, on the sidewalk, whatever it takes. Don’t ever get out, just drive away.

Always stay in the vehicle.
If an opening doesn't present itself, make one. I have heard of people rear ending cars, when the driver gets out after being rear ended, they are carjacked or worse. Never get out of the car. |
