It's likely Sapsan, which is the domestic version of HRIM-2, which was intended for export. The program started around a decade ago but ran out of funds. It was restarted again in 2022 and was supposed to be finished by late 2023. Other guys met him and despite the gear he fundraised for, they never got it. Some of the stuff we buy with funds isn't very glamorous. I have a set of brake rotors and pads currently in the truck. Not very exciting, but still a big help. |
