Looks great OP.
I was thinking if you wanted to clean up the saw lines a bit you could run some sandpaper on it then use a small torch along the edges. |

I love inventing new things with old things! I recently invented a 3D filament dryer utilizing an old boot dryer and an empty tidy cats container. It's ugly, it's stupid, but it works!
