Not a fan of USC for reasons, but LSU by far is the worst experience I've had with a fanbase during a game.  Kids were coming up to us, flipping us off, and yelling obscenities.  I've been to many OU/texas weekends and while curse words made be thrown around every so often on the Friday night before the game, it was always within boundaries and the Saturday was all in good spirits.  The LSU game though felt like they really wanted to harm OU fans.

Yeah, I've never personally dealt with LSU fans. But they're famous for being A-holes.

Went to the Georgia / Notre Dame game in Athens. Had a very drunk young adult ga fan behind us. Had a few ND  fans sitting around us.  He wasn’t technically messing with anyone but his drunkenness was way out there.  Not beer drunk. But liquor drunk.  He was asked to chill a few times. But he couldn’t. To far gone. It was heavy cussing towards the game. He kept screaming “ Run the Fucking ball “ . A lady asked him to chill. Kids was with her. At halftime someone tipped off security.  Beginning of the third he was at it again.  His own friends tried to chill him. But to no avail. Security came up and blew a whistle and pointed at him. He threw his hands up and went willingly and peacefully . He was either a student or not his first rodeo.  I apologized to the Notre Dame fans.  They was cool folks.   Wardawg Attachment Attached File

Had a WVU fan in Lubbock just front of us in 2012, lady finally cussed herself and eventually left the game early.  The fellers she was with were also drunk as hell but they weren't acting a fool

Even a mediocre performance by Weigman and the Aggies win.

Agreed.

Not having great WRs can be a valid excuse for not putting up video game stats.

However, it’s not a valid excuse for this:

And, TBH, he looked even worse than the stats, IMO.

And it gets even worse.

I see why he didnt do the after game interview, but instead they had an offense line man (zuhn iirc) and  Taurean York (sophomore linebacker)

I know some of the NFL stadiums have a phone number posted where a fan can text their seat number and security will come to them to see if there’s a problem. That seems to be a good setup to prevent things from getting out of hand.  Most of the time fans are good about policing their own, but enough alcohol and attitude can complicate things.

So you really think Clemson should have been ranked #14?

They probably shouldn’t even be in the top 40.

I will go out on a limb and say Clemson is a scrub team.  If not, it’s pretty damned close to one.

No more than I think beating up on the worst team in the SEC proves Miami was the only non-scrub opponent an SEC team played this week.

Florida looked really bad, but I think they may give Clemson a game, if played at the Swamp.

Both teams were horrible

Ward is the real deal. He could get Miami to the ACC Championship.

People can argue subjective options and “this COULD happen” all day, but the fact remains the comment was made “everyone but Florida played scrubs” even though A&M played the #7 team, Georgia played the #14 team, and Florida played the #19 team.

I’m damn sure not an ND fan, but they definitely aren’t scrubs. As for Clemson, they currently have +340 odds to win their conference.  For comparison, Texas has the second best odds to win the SEC with +350.

Arkansas game was on Thursday Night.  The referenced games were on Saturday.
Everyone but Florida played scrubs though.

A&M played the #7 team.

Georgia played the #14 team.

Florida played the #19 team.

So you really think Clemson should have been ranked #14?

They probably shouldn’t even be in the top 40.

I will go out on a limb and say Clemson is a scrub team.  If not, it’s pretty damned close to one.

Clemson is going to finish with 3 loses or less. It’s the ACC, remember?

If Clemson’s offense doesn’t take a step forward from last season, I could see another 8-4 season.  If they improve I could easily see 10-2.

Eh, every fan base has its trash.    Trashy Michigan fans are known as Walmart Wolverine’s.

Very true.   Between college and NFL I’ve been to 27 different away games.   College football fans have nothing on NFL fans.   Some of the shittiest fans I’ve dealt with were NFL.

I’m still not used to Rutgers and Maryland .    Took awhile to get used to Nebraska.

There are WAY too many neutral site regular season games, IMO.

A drive that takes up half of a quarter = zero points.

This game would be much more watchable had it been played in Death Vally or the Coliseum.

Atlanta has some pretty good fans, but they also have a section of fans who dont belong at a game

I’d argue that had more to do with what LSU did wrong that what USC did right.

Unblocked up the A gap on a 4th down drop back is pretty inexcusable.

They are ranked 5th in talent. As a Dawg I’ll tell you we just made them look bad for most of the game. They will easily win the Acc and be in the playoffs.
