Unusual that some dude would make a big deal out of some minor little thing. when asked why he says that when you got shit on your hands you won't get it on the wall with over the top. One of the guys commented that he was taught how to avoid shit on the hands when he was a wee one by his mammy. It grew a great chuckle from the crew as a red faced boss stormed away. |

Under. Always under in my bathroom.
Wife installs the toilet paper in Over configuration in her bathroom because she says it’s easier to tear off during that time of the month. It’s her bathroom so I don’t correct the toilet paper mistake. |

Pet's and young children vs single or dink.
Over the top is more functional and visibly appealing. Under does not allow the spin a full roll to a pile on the floor game as easily. |

Over is correct. You can slow roll the right number of tickets, and tear off with the desired serration on top (where you can see it), lateral tearing at the proper angle, and not have multiple tickets hanging down.
When the paper is under, the tear has a downward angle, more often than not ending with multiple tickets hanging below the roll, if not a dozen. |
