I think your both missing the important thing......a hot yoga teacher.
But yeah her first shotgun experience was stupid. You don't start a beginner out with a big gun, give her a .22 Marlin. As far as the guy giving her literature to read up on, "in the gravest extreme" or something like that would probably be a better choice than "Guns & Ammo". And from what they showed, she has the impression that fillling out the 4473 is all there is, with no NICS check. And they should have spent more time showing her people who used their guns for defense. |

Starting tomorrow 'Adventure Time' will be join the list of netflix's instantly available tv shows.
My friend recommended ‘Adventure Time’ to me and I thought he was joking because it looked like it would be a stupid kids show. However, he insisted that I would like it so I reluctantly gave it a shot. Now it’s one of my favorite shows. There really is a lot of adult humor in there and some of the stuff I’m kind of surprised they get away with showing on a TV-PG show.

I'm sure some of theses have been recommended, but I 'm not going to go back and read 50 pages:
Primer is back in the instant view, if you like movies like Pi(also I recommend and is in instant) or anything with a very deep plot where you have to pay attention Primer is excellent. Will make your head explode, trying to follow the timeline the first time around. Along the same lines, but easier on the head was Time Crimes which I also liked. If you havent seen "a boy and his dog", a bit out there but entertaining (I love post apocalyptic movies), also "hardware" is good. "eXistenZ" and "Avalon" Also very good interesting futuristic, tech/type movies. For Asian movies: Oldboy and The Host are good. Funny Games - not the shitty remake the original german version, is fair to good if you are into torture/etc movies like hostel(but with a bit more class in this case). Street Thief is interesting if you can let yourself go with it. "The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia" if you want to laugh at trailer trash "On Any Sunday" if you like motorcycles, probably one of the best documentaries ever made. Probably a re-hash of some suggestions but these are some good ones. |

Just watched Absentia last night.
For a "low-budget" film I really enjoyed it. No nudity or torture porn here, but it was a pretty good horror movie. I won't give it away, but there was some good character development, great story line and some good creepiness. |
