There is some level of conspiracy, but in many cases leftists get the tribal gist and go along with the tribe. Much like with, say, government using Twitter to censor. we now know there was actual conspiracy due to the Twitter files, but lots of people (including here) supported the censorship. "Their company their rules", despite the fact they rely on being a platform not editor. The overt censorship was clear but defended in various ways by those who approve of censorship but won't admit it. |

I despise Trump because I think he's a terrible candidate, he has done more (and will do much more in the future) to sink conservative causes around the country than any liberal Democrat ever could, and he's an awful human being to boot. Even when I voted for him in both Presidential elections, I was not happy doing so. Since the 2020 election, I have come to realize that the devastation he has caused to principled conservatism is almost insurmountable. With that in mind, I pray that he drops out of the race so that conservatives can start dealing with the cancer that is Trumpism. The cult of personality he has inculcated among his followers disgusts me, as I see it repulsive to worship any slimy politician to such a degree. I would happily vote for ANY of the Republican candidates over Trump 1000 times over. Hope that clears things up for you. |
