https://www.zerohedge.com/economics/wall-street-admits-biggest-economic-shocker-all-jobs-past-year-have-gone-illegal-aliens
Below we excerpt from the Englander note because we hope that more economists, strategists and politicians will read it and grasp what we have been saying for over a year.

Echoing what we have said for months, Englander writes that immigration, particularly illegal immigration, "is a political flashpoint that has also become an important factor in assessing economic performance. Detailed data from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) suggest that half of non-farm payroll (NFP) growth to date for FY24 (started 1 October 2023) has been from undocumented immigrants who have received an Employment Authorization Document (EAD)" (he defines undocumented immigrants as those who entered the US through non-traditional immigration pathways, such as asylum seekers, parolees, and refugees).

The ability to track EAD issuance to undocumented workers is an advantage in estimating how much they have contributed to employment growth. NFP counts workers with an EAD just like any other. Using that data, it is easy to estimate that undocumented workers have added 109k jobs per month to NFP out of the average 231k increase so far in FY24.

Which is staggering since last night we showed that about 100K monthly jobs are purely statistical distortions, and the real pace of job growth in the past year has been around 130K.

So if 100K jobs per month are fabricated birth/death artifacts (i.e., not real jobs but a statistically goalseeked fudge factor), and another 109K jobs per month are illegal aliens, that leaves just about 11K jobs for everyone else, i.e., law abiding Americans.

Much more @ link.

Border agents told to release migrants into US despite Biden asylum ban
By Anna Giaritelli June 7, 2024 12:46 pm

EXCLUSIVE — U.S. Border Patrol agents in Southern California have been instructed to admit migrants from far-off countries rather than place them in removal proceedings, a move that goes against the White House’s Tuesday ban on asylum-seekers.

A government document given to federal law enforcement in San Diego, California, following President Joe Biden’s executive order to keep migrants from seeking asylum in the United States advises that migrants from all but six of the more than 100 countries in the Eastern Hemisphere be released into the United States rather than deported.

The instruction contradicts what senior Biden administration officials told reporters in a call on Tuesday would be the case for migrants from Eastern Hemisphere countries who traveled through multiple countries without seeking asylum in order to reach the U.S., referred to as extra-hemispheric migrants.

What could possibly go wrong.

Its all part of the plan.  They know most of these countries dont have agreements with us to take them back and those countries wont take them back out of spite.

So uncle joe lets them knowing they're here to stay unless we put them on boats and drop them somewhere and the chances of thar happening are?

Seems he got around. He also assaulted someone in Los Angeles.

A few weeks after the California attack, police announced that DNA evidence pulled from the Morin crime scene matched DNA found at the scene of a March 2023 home invasion and sexual assault of a girl in Los Angeles.

ICE non-detained docket explodes to 7.4M cases
The non-detained docket does not include some 1.9M 'gotaways'

The non-detained docket has added more than 1 million cases since October 1 and more than doubled since President Biden took office in 2021, when the docket had just under 3.7 million cases on it.

The number of those on the non-detained docket also does not include the nearly 1.9 million recorded getaways that have entered the country since Biden took office, federal sources said, noting that those migrants have not had any contact with the Department of Homeland Security.

If memory serves, according to a audio clip from dan bongino's podcast of a ... IIRC ex border related higher up? He stated that the "system" that controls the border is considered overloaded at the rate of 1,000 a day.

Denver Dem mayor busses illegal immigrants to Utah amid Biden's border crisis

Denver's city government has been paying for bus tickets to send illegal immigrants up to Utah.
...
According to a report from 2KUTV, Mayor Mike Johnston's Denver, Colorado has officially sent around 2,000 illegal immigrants to Utah. Denver City-County Department of Human Services spokesman Jon Ewing told the outlet, "Any individual who travels through our system makes their own decision on their destination." He added, "We are simply helping people connect with family, friends, or existing support systems."

Over the last few months, there have been reports that illegal immigrants were being sent to Utah, including not just from Denver, but from New York as well. 2KUTV reported about a week ago that an email was sent out by the Salt Lake Police, saying that illegal immigrant families that were "processed" at the border, were sent to Denver and then sent to Salt Lake.

"They arrived in Salt Lake City with very little information other than instructions to find a person in uniform to help," Salt Lake Police Chief Mike Brown wrote in a message.

Denver paid for the tickets through the city and a spokesman added that in "rare instances" plane tickets are used to transport the immigrants to Utah. Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall claimed that she was unaware of the illegal immigrant being transported up to Utah. The Salt Lake City mayor's office stated that there is a "limit to the resources we can provide to people in need."

According to a February Denverite report, since 2022, more than 18,600 tickets have been purchased for illegal immigrants to go to different locations. This included 3,400 to Chicago, 2,880 to New York City, and 1,680 to Salt Lake City at the time of the report. The number that has now been sent to Utah is around 2,000.

Holy.      .

The insane trend continues…

In just May, 414,000 immigrants (legal and illegal) gained a job. Meanwhile, 663,000 native-born Americans LOST their job.

Since pre-Covid, native born workers have actually LOST ~2 million jobs. All of the net job gains are immigrants.

Once again… immigrants (legal + illegal) are completely supporting the labor market.

This is why the border has been kept open.

Geiger Capital@Geiger_Capital          Jun 7
I specifically note “legal + illegal” immigrants because the Government does not seperate the two groups in their data for foreign-born workers.

However, based on the numbers, I would assume a large percentage are illegal immigrants.

Welfare agencies are required by federal policy to give illegal immigrants voter registration forms, Alabama secretary of state says

In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, Allen pointed to Executive Order 14019, which was issued in 2021, arguing the Biden administration’s broad interpretation of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993 "weaponizes and mobilizes the entire federal government apparatus to become voter registration agencies."

The secretary said his office first began looking into the matter after receiving a complaint from a concerned voter who received a voter registration form in the mail from an Alabama state agency addressed to a deceased relative who had passed away two years ago. Investigating further, Allen said his office discovered that state agencies, including Medicaid and other welfare offices that receive funding from the federal government, are required to provide voter registration forms to anyone who comes into contact with that agency under the NVRA.

Hundreds of migrants from Tajikistan, a country known for being an ISIS breeding ground, have crossed the southern border in never-before-seen numbers under President Biden’s administration.

More than 1,500 Tajiks have been apprehended between October 2020 and May 2024, a stark increase from the previous 14 years, during which only 26 Tajikistan nationals were caught. At least 500 Tajiks have been caught in 2024 alone, with most claiming asylum, according to the New York Post.

The article by the Post’s Jennie Taer follows multiple reports that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested eight Tajikistan nationals with connections to ISIS in three major U.S. cities.

Published June 24, 2024, 5:26 p.m. ET

The Biden administration is closing the nation’s largest ICE detention center — despite some 7.4 million migrants remaining free in the US while awaiting court hearings or deportation.

The South Texas Family Residential Center, in Dilley, Texas — about 75 miles southwest of San Antonio — is capable of holding 2,400 migrants.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said it will replace the facility with 1,600 new beds at other centers in the region.

We already don't have enough capacity and resources to handle the situation, so Biden's administration in its infinite wisdom, closes the largest facility and makes up for it by adding a little more capacity at other facilities, but still leaves us with even less capacity than we had before. CLASSIC BIDEN BRILLIANCE! This is pure 4D chess my friends!

Realistically we shouldn't have any beds. Throw ALL of their stupid and law breaking asses OUT.

The stunning figure includes 30,000 illegal border crossers were who were allowed in — more than one-third of all migrants caught at the US-Mexico border, according to leaked documents obtained by The Post.

The documents from the Department of Homeland Security show that thousands of illegal migrants are still being allowed into the US each week, even though Biden had claimed his executive order would stem the tide of migrants being allowed into the US.
Additionally, various loopholes and programs launched by the Biden administration allow thousands more migrants per day into the country by legal routes — including the CBP One app and flights from places like Venezuela and Haiti.
Illegal border crossings in June dropped by about 20% from the same month in 2023.

Yes, you read that right.

100k is counted as a drop. By my ignorant rule of thumb based on a statement by an ex official who should have known, the system was previously considered overloaded at 1k a day. It's well above that.

Absolute madness.

It's anarchy and it will be impossible to reverse.

At this point we'd need a WW2 effort to remove that many illegal immigrants and what would happen once they were gone? Would the power given to the Federal Government to expel millions of people just be laid down or would that power be turned on others?

It's a catastrophe of epic proportions and our Republic may not survive it.

I think we need to take measures to abolish universal suffrage in favor of a merit "Starship Troopers" style suffrage system.  Otherwise, our Republic will not endure.

There were more than 205,000 illegal border crossers apprehended in June, according to new U.S. Customs and Border Protection data released on Monday.

June’s numbers bring the total number of illegal border crossers this fiscal year to more than 2.4 million.

The majority of illegal border crossers were apprehended at the southwest border last month, totaling more than 130,000. Fiscal year to date, more than 1.82 million were apprehended at the southwest border.

At the northern border, more than 17,700 were apprehended last month, the greatest number apprehended for the month of June in U.S. history. Nearly 145,000 have been apprehended at the northern border this fiscal year.

The fiscal year goes from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30.

In other words, Texas’s border buoy barrier can remain – for now. A number of perilous legal shoals that the state, the administration, and the courts will have to navigate lie ahead
