I did take some nice profits today on a small number of shares. I have the best of 2 worlds here. I can hold and collect the $2/yr dividend (the common) or try to get top dollar for the shares. I want to see how a potential short squeeze plays out so mostly holding for now. I have the baby bonds which are all way in the green as well - RILY Z, RILYM, RILYN. Looks like pump and dump is back on the menu.
Remember the Atlas trading discord thing a couple of years ago. Dismissed. https://casetext.com/case/united-states-v-constantinescu-23 This is because, while it certainly aimed to bring about financial gain to the Defendants, the object of the scheme was not deprivation of alleged victims' property rights. According to the Indictment, the investors were deprived of information regarding the Defendants' true trading intentions, independently invested money in the stock market, and the value of those investments declined. Unlike a traditional fraud case, in which the victim directly surrenders their property to the defendant (or an entity in the defendant's control), the investors here surrendered their property to the stock market at market prices, and in return, received the benefit of the bargain in the form of securities. Thus, the scheme did not deprive investors of their money or property through any misrepresentation; the misrepresentations deprived them only of accurate information necessary to make discretionary economic decisions. Good development for SENS today.
Let’s see if it actually materializes: (doubt) GERMANTOWN, Md. & PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Senseonics Holdings, Inc. I hate looking at my "portfolio". While if I loose it all, it will not financially harm me, still sucks loosing money. Just need MVIS or SENS to do something. I have given up on all my others, selling most of them from my play portfolios for the tax write off. I still have 100 shares of Fisker that I bought during the SPAC, that has been a horrible loss, same for my GEVO, NOVN (in bankruptcy now), and VPER. |
