I’ve watched what Tesla, Microsoft and others that had good reports have done the last couple days and haven’t seen them go up the day after good news only down. With all that said take what I say with grain of salt because I could change my mind and buy 100 more $30 calls at any moment |

Graphic demonstrating self-driving car technology The company, which is focused on developing a lidar sensor for automotive safety and autonomous driving applications, has had an astounding year. The stock is up more than 7,000% in the last 365 days, and the momentum shows no signs of stopping. However, I will advocate against adding MVIS stock to your portfolio at this time. Its momentum is mainly because of Reddit's r/WallStreetBets forum. There is nothing in the fundamentals to suggest that this company merits attention. It's certainly involved in an exciting niche. However, that alone is not enough to justify such an explosive rise. |

Meets all advertised specs, and I love "proprietary" dropped in twice. When you patent that kind of stuff, it becomes very difficult for the competition. "One of the ground breaking proprietary features of this lidar sensor is its capability to output the axial, lateral and vertical velocity of moving objects at 30 hertz,” added Sharma. “We believe no lidar product on the market, ranging from frequency modulated continuous wave to time-of-flight, has this capability. To achieve safety and successful autonomous driving, we believe this capability delivered at low latency will be a key feature.” Elon broke down and said he'd use the perfect lidar sensor. Elon, I give you...Microvision. https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/457055/LidarII-1921965.jpg View Quote Yep it’s a stamp. From what I have seen Musk said he would use lidar inside the cars for the new sensors and that size would be good. Outside he is sticking with cameras for now. |

Now I really wonder why the morning before earnings PR and why they moved the ER up to tomorrow. My hope for good news tomorrow went up. |

There's no doubt the timing is unusual. It's good, either way, but it will keep people guessing and on edge into the call. Sumit continues to deliver, and hit his marks. |

Im asking because I do not know much about lidar. How do you feel about the wording in the pr? Seems like it is everything they were expecting. |

The buyer wants to maintain confidentiality, so they stay cloaked (Sumit calls them a "Tier 1 automobile manufacturer and/or manufacturer"), but we still get the benefit of the publicity. Buyout would be the buyer. Not exactly sure about a partner. |

Or one before a BO/MA/Partnership - still believe that Mr.Sharma sees himself as worthy of a CEO salary and to do that MVIS gets to $73. That's my thoughts and I have been wrong before..... |

Billions in SPAC cash are at stake here. I really don't care at this point. This is an expected, pre-announced milestone that they hit, fortunately. The important stuff will be taking place in the background, including NED, which Microsoft never mentioned yesterday...despite a 22 billion dollar contract. What kind of assholes play like that? It was obviously a play to save face for being wrong and pretty much helping WSB jump in calling it a “battleground stock” . Lost count of how many WSB memes of “that’s why I’m here” answering his comment. Lol |
